The Lending Library

While not a "lending library" this page will give information on other authors from time to time. I at first was tempted to entitle it Tomes by "A Lady," Hatchards not being available. In the Regency period it was not good "ton" for a lady to stoop so low as to write and (horrors) seek publication. Hence even Jane Austen first published anymously as "A Lady."

Fortunately for us times have changed. Many of us, lady and gentleman, are writing.
